The General Secretariat for the Apostolate is an auxiliari organ of the General Regime. Its tasks consist of programming and coordinating the apostolic activities undertaken by the Pallottine communities in different countries. The work of the Secretariate consists mainly of gathering the experiences of various apostolic activities in different countries, make a pastoral and theological riflection of it and to elaborate the general projects.

The marked federative character of the structure of our Society has as a consequence that the concrete apostolic projects are realized in the local communities and in the Provinces.
The task of the Secretariate is to elaborate the guide lines for greater efficiency and for the international coordination of various initiatives.

The General Secretariate for the Apostolate is composed of the following confreres: Fr. Martin Manus (General Secretary), Fr. Richard Ngono Edjili (CN), Fr. Piotr Krakowiak (PN), Fr. Dean Bradbury (AU), Fr. Frank Donio (IC), Fr. Moacir José Piovesan (SM), Fr. Markus Hau (CJ) and Fr. Rahul Philips (RA).

In the coming years the Secretariate would concentrate mainly on two apostolic fields – one already began by the previous Secretariate: the Pallottine Parishes, and the new one i.e. Socio-charitable apostolate. For the each apostolic fields the members of the secretariate will study the situation and the main challenges, would look for the new ideas and possible responses for the realization of the concrete projects.
